Because each framed photographic print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order is placed.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nycframed.com.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. We will work with you to replace the damaged piece at no additional cost.
